CalCheck Crashes during Start


Hi there, trying to run the CalCheck tool to look at some sync issues with an iOS device, however when I try to run the application on the users machine it always crashes after prompting for which profile to use. Application log shows the following.

Any idea on what would be the issue causing it to crash?

What version of Outlook is running on the machine where CalCheck is crashing?

Is the profile a Cached or Online profile, and did you try a new/different profile mode and/or just a new profile in general to see if it works that way?

Run CalCheck with the "-v" switch and let me know how far it gets (info logged in the command window) before the crash? It would also be good to see what the CalCheck.log file has written into it so I'll know where about the crash is occurring.

Hi Randy,

Running Outlook 2007 SP3, I remember checking and the profile should be Online. I only ran it against their default Outlook Profile. I did run the tool with the "-V" flag the entire time and far as I can remember, it gets up the "Begin process" message then crashes. The log file doesn't show much but I've pasted everything that was there below.
